About me

The human body is an incredible piece of organic engineering.  It’ll do its best to keep on working, no matter how we might treat it. Of course, by feeding it effectively, we can ensure that it functions to the highest possible standards. That’s the principle that drew me to the world of nutrition over 20 years ago – a chance to solve problems, motivate improvement and inspire achievement, all based around the nourishment we give our bodies.

It’s easy to be misjudged as a nutritionist.

If we’re not being confused with social media influencers with products to sell, we’re the spoilsports responsible for slowly draining all the fun out of food and promoting a bland, virtuous diet.

But that couldn’t be further from the truth.

I believe that food is for nutrition and enjoyment, not Instagram. I’ve been a foodie all my life, believing that flavour and fun are the two most important elements of eating.  After all, dining is a fundamentally social experience. Whether we’re with friends or family, food is how we come together and share.

We eat to feel good. We eat for pleasure. But we can also eat for wellbeing. And with the right combination of diet, supplements and lifestyle, we all have the potential to feel better, do more and love life.

For me, nutrition is a journey of learning and discovery.  I’m not here to tell you what you can and can’t eat.

I’m on a mission to motivate and educate, empowering people to improve their health and wellbeing through nutrition.

My tried and tested approach begins with a thorough investigation of your medical history, from existing conditions and medications to diet and exercise. Once I understand the background, we can start the conversation about nutritional science and wellbeing. No faddy diets or short-term solutions – my focus is on long-term wellness. Any changes to your diet or lifestyle need to be practical, manageable and completely bespoke. No two bodies are the same, so every solution is carefully prepared around your body, and your needs.

Beyond the individual consultations, I also help businesses with seminars and workplace wellness assessments, including drop-in clinics.

We all want to feel good, and we all deserve the tools to achieve it. So I’m proud to have helped hundreds of women take control of their wellness and rediscover their zest for life.

I look forward to helping you take the next step towards a happier, healthier future. Please do get in touch.

“I consulted Suzie regarding a long term problem with acid reflux after having tried lots of methods to control this, including prescription medicine. Within a week of following Suzie’s diet plan and taking the supplements prescribed, I felt better than I had in years. Not only did my reflux symptoms improve but my general health and energy levels were fantastic. I would recommend this service as there is so much conflicting dietary advice in the market today. It was great to have such a clear, helpful and reassuring way forward”.
